Services

Along with our large variety of courses the Ballan & District Community House also offers and range of facilities and services.

Services on offer include:

Library
The Community House offers free loan of books, jigsaw puzzles and dvds to its members.

Membership:
To become a member, contact the office for an application form. Membership costs $5.50 and runs until the end of the current year. Renewals are due at the start of each year. Membership entitles you to become more involved in the organisation and you may wish to nominate to participate as a committee member. The rules of the organisation are available for you to read - ask at the office.

Room Use
The Complex has comfortable, well equipped facilities suitable for community group activities.

Internet access
Internet Access is available during office hours 9am to 3pm.
From 18th July 2011, there will be new charges for computer use and internet access:

Rates:
$5 per hour
Member rates:
$2.50 per hour

Photocopying
A4: 20c per copy/ 30c double sided.
Colour printing also available. Price on application

Laminating
$2.00 per A4
$4.00 per A3
Service is only available during office hours 9am - 3pm.

Costume Hire
"The Wacky Wardrobe" has fancy dress costumes for adults and children.
Choose a costume from our large range.
To hire a full costume is $15 per adult, $5 per child. (Parts of costumes, for example, wig only, is much less.) There is a $20 refundable bond required at the time of hire. Costumes need to be returned within a week.
